Louth Academy is bursting with pride as Year 7 student Tallulah Flitter takes the athletics world by storm. Tallulah, already being described as an “absolute superstar,” has achieved something truly remarkable — she is now officially the best in Lincolnshire in not just one, but two athletic events.
At the recent County Athletics Championships, Tallulah stunned the competition by winning gold in both the Long Jump and the Shot Put, demonstrating an extraordinary mix of explosive power, technical skill, and natural talent.
Her Long Jump victory showcased her speed, coordination, and grace, while her Shot Put performance revealed strength, precision, and fierce determination beyond her years. These back-to-back victories have officially crowned her the top Year 7 athlete in Lincolnshire for both events — a rare and exceptional achievement.
“A True Talent in the Making”
Louth Academy Curriculum Leader for PE – Mr Prendergast was full of praise.
“Tallulah has shown incredible dedication in training and her results speak for themselves. She's a true talent in the making, and we're only just beginning to see what she's capable of,” said one of her coaches.
What makes Tallulah's success even more special is her quiet humility and team spirit. Despite her individual accolades, she remains a supportive and positive presence within the wider school sports community.
What's Next for Tallulah?
With such a strong start to her athletic journey, the future looks bright for Tallulah. She will now have the opportunity to compete at regional — and possibly even national — level events, representing both Louth Academy and Lincolnshire.
We can't wait to see where her sporting journey takes her, and we're incredibly proud to support her every step of the way.
Congratulations, Tallulah — a true ambassador for Louth Academy and a star on the rise!
