Exceptional progress has established a Louth Academy student as one of the region's most promising young golfers.
Fallon (13) has enjoyed a terrific 12 months which has seen her winning tournaments and selected to represent Lincolnshire.
Principal Mr Hermiston congratulated her and said she had showed characteristics of the Academy's ‘sense of belonging' programme.
"Fallon's dedication, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to improvement, has seen her achieve an impressive list of accomplishments that reflect her skill and her potential," he said.
Among her stand-out successes was victory in the Jim Cutts Salver at home club Kenwick Park, a prestigious ladies' individual competition that showcased her ability to perform under pressure.
The Year 8 student also won the Easter Better Ball pairs competition at Kenwick, competing against a mixed field of adult players.
This proved a testament to her composure and adaptability, playing alongside and against more experienced golfers.
Fallon secured runner-up finishes in several highly competitive events, including the LGGC Girls Spring Competition, the LWGA Butlin Trophy, and the Westgate Bag and Spoon competition at Kenwick.
Each underlined her ability to compete at a high standard across a variety of formats and fields.
One of her most impressive individual performances came at the Justin Rose qualifier at South Kyme, where she finished runner-up with an outstanding net score of five under par.
She demonstrated her strength among peers by finishing third in the under-14 category at the Junior County Championship.
Fallon has been selected to represent Lincolnshire, becoming one of the youngest members in the squad.
"Competing at this level against older and more experienced players is invaluable, and it speaks volumes about her talent and attitude," said Mr Hermiston.
Fallon finished sixth in the nett LWGA County Championships. Meanwhile, at Kenwick Park, her contributions and development have been widely recognised.
She has been awarded a Junior Ambassador role, reflecting her sporting success and positive influence within the club community. She was also named Most Improved Junior.
Fallon made her debut for the Kenwick Park Junior Development Team, quickly proving her ability and earning selection for the club's 1st team—a significant milestone that reflects her rapid rise.
In less than a year, she has reduced her handicap from 32 to 13.
Fallon's season is still in its early stages. With more individual competitions ahead, along with further appearances for county and club, there is every reason to believe that her list of accomplishments will continue to grow.
Mr Hermiston said: "Fallon's journey is about more than trophies and honours.
"She is setting a powerful example for her peers—and especially for younger girls—demonstrating that hard work, persistence, and dedication pay off.
"Her attitude on and off the course makes her not only a talented golfer but also a role model for the next generation."
