Dear Parent/Carer

CSE Results Day 2025

We look forward to welcoming your child to collect their GCSE results on Thursday 21 August 2025 from 8:30am. We will be delighted to celebrate the success of your child and would ask you to note the following arrangements for the day:

• All Year 11 students must enter the school reception via the main gate to collect their results;
• Parents/Carers are welcome to celebrate with their child, either outside the Academy or in the car park by the main entrance;
• If somebody else, such as a relative, is picking up results on behalf of your child then we will need written consent, signed by the student, to release the results, preferably in advance of the day. Without this, we will be unable to release the results;
• If your child’s results need to be sent to a different address, please can you send a stamp addressed envelope into school with your child’s name and the address you wish them to be sent;
• Staff will be on hand in the dining room to answer any Post-16 queries you or your child may have;
• If nobody is able to collect your child’s results on the day, they will be posted to the home address we have on the system for your child. Please can you email enquiries@louthacademy.co.uk or telephone the Academy on 01507 606349 to let us know your child requires their results posting.

I would like to congratulate all Year 11 students in advance of the results they will receive, which reflect a tremendous amount of hard work and dedication during their time at Louth Academy. We would like to take this opportunity to wish all Year 11 students the very best of luck for their future endeavours.
